Cancellations are free of charge up to 6 p.m. on the day of arrival,
thereafter, 100% cancellation fees of the total booking price including breakfast price will be charged.
Breakfast can only be canceled on the day of arrival, otherwise a 100% cancellation fee will apply per person & day!
Different cancellation conditions apply to groups, trade fairs and conferences,please ask at the hotel.

Breakfast is available Monday through Friday from 7:00 a.m. to 9:30 a.m. and Saturday to Sunday from 7:00 a.m. to 10:00 a.m.!
Parking spaces are free of charge, subject to availability, and will be allocated upon arrival and cannot be reserved, we ask for your understanding!
The hotel bar is open for you Monday through Friday from 12:00 p.m. to 10:00 p.m.

For smokers we have a smoking area outside in the backyard!
A late departure can be booked depending on availability
for a surcharge of EUR 35.00 per room, departure must then be by 4:00 p.m.

self-testing under supervision for arrival at the hotel. If you can do the Cororna test before arrival, we ask you to do so so that your arrival is relaxed and you can enjoy your stay!
Please note that all guest must be testing to arrival and the test cannot be older than 24 hours upon arrival!

Hotel opening times and requirements for overnight stays:
OPENING HOURS RECEPTION
The reception is open 24 hours from Monday to Friday.
Check-in is possible Monday to Friday from 11:30 a.m. to 6:00 a.m.
The reception is open from 6:00 a.m. to 10:00 p.m. Saturday through Sunday.
Check-in is possible on Saturday and Sunday from 11:30 a.m. to 9:45 p.m.
During the times when the reception is closed on Saturday and Sunday
from 10:00 p.m. to 6:00 a.m. you cannot arrive as the reception is closed.
REQUIREMENTS FOR OVERNIGHT STAY
1. Please always keep the distance regulation of 1.5 meters to other guests and staff.
2. There is an FFP2 mask requirement in all public areas for people aged 15 and over.
For children between the sixth and 15th birthday, only carrying applies a mouth and nose cover (everyday mask).
To check in you need a negative corona test which must not be older than 24 hours before arrival! If the incidence value of 100 is exceeded, you must be tested every 48 hours!
You are welcome to carry out a self-test under our supervision at check-in. If you do not have one at hand, you can purchase a self-test at the reception for € 5.00.
The only exceptions to the mask requirement are:
Guests staying in your rooms
At the table at breakfast
Children up to their sixth birthday
3. There is a test obligation for hotel guests older than 6 years.
You can use one of the nearby rapid test stations.
The relevant evidence must be presented to reception upon arrival.
if you cannot prove this we are not allowed to accept you as guests!
Alternatively, we ask you to provide one of the following proofs upon check-in:
Your vaccination certificate in paper form or as an app with proof of
that you are fully vaccinated against COVID-19 (last vaccination at least 14 days before arrival)
A negative test result (negative and certified PCR test or
Rapid antigen test max. 24 hours old)
Proof that you are considered to have recovered (certificate of positive test result:
min. 28 days, but max. 6 months old)
A combination of a certificate of a positive test result (at least 28 days old)
and proof of vaccination
4. The following are excluded from hotel accommodation:
People with proven SARS-CoV-2 infection
People who have had contact with COVID-19 cases within the last 14 days
(except medical and nursing staff with protected contact)
or for other reasons (e.g. return from risk area)
are subject to quarantine measures (exceptions are the currently valid infection protection regulations)
People who do not have required negative test results, or
are unable to present a proof of vaccination in paper or digital form.
People with unspecific general symptoms (e.g. fever) and
respiratory symptoms (e.g. shortness of breath, cough) of any severity.
5. Guests from abroad are required to adhere to the currently applicable rules.

We would like to point out that every hotel guest is obliged to
to obey these legal orders or we have to refuse you as a guest!
If you have had contact with COVID-19 cases up to 14 days before your arrival or
currently the above If you have symptoms, please let us know in advance of your arrival.
In such cases, we will cancel the reservation free of charge after providing written evidence.
The same applies if there is a further lockdown due to rising incidence values
and you are forced to leave earlier or cannot arrive.
It is very important to us that you feel comfortable with us despite the special circumstances.
Please let us know if we can do something for you, if you are missing something
or if we can support you in a matter.
The prerequisite for an overnight stay is one that was made no later than 24 hours
negative corona test (PCR test, POC antigen test) of the guests upon arrival.
If the incidence is over 50, guests must be retested every 48 hours and
present this test to reception.
If you are fully vaccinated and at least 14 days after the last vaccination,
or you have recovered, whereby the underlying PCR test of those recovered for at least 28 days,
However, if it is no longer than 6 months ago,
these guests are exempt from curfew and contact restrictions.
